MATT COHEN (Writer)

Matt got his start in the entertainment industry working for filmmaker Kevin Smith, as both a successful podcaster (Bagged & Boarded) and podcast producer; as well as managing and being the creative director/co-owner of Kevin Smith’s “Smodcastle”- the world’s first podcasting theater. Matt has performed live comedy in both NY and LA and he has also served as a freelance writer for the Nerdist  organization. In recent years, Matt has produced short films for such people as Derrick Comedy (Mystery Team), Max Landis (Chronicle) and various others. While G.E.E.K marks Matt’s first comic-book venture, he has managed to build up a modest social media presence and often acts as a “pundit” in various forms of the geek community.  Also… he’s pretty damn geeky.  TWITTER          INSTAGRAM
